You Need a Support Group

Man (woman) was not meant to be alone. Now that your children are all grown up, family and friends are older, you may find you have nobody to turn to for help. The good news is that there are numerous services available to seniors at no cost. Being part of a group gives you that added support.

Joining forces with other senior women increases your realm for ideas and possibilities. If you don't find a group that is appealing to you, start one. You've probably heard the saying "if you build it they will come", the same thing can be said for the group. "If you start it they will join."

You might try a new hairdo, new wardrobe, put on a little make-up. Enjoy yourself, be free, spend some time alone getting to know you.

Before you plan your trips, try to find someone who would like to go with you as a companion.
